AQUATITE WATER PROOFING & INSULATION L.L.C is fully committed to Quality, Health, Safety, and the environment extending beyond our business and employees to interested parties and the community at large.The management undertakes the appropriate steps to implement the principles set forth in standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 which are used as a reference for the company integrated management systems. The activity is carried out in compliance with both the technical standards and the current legal framework, with customer satisfaction as the main objective and measurable targets.
QHSE POLICY
The management and staff of AQUATITE WATERPROOFING & INSULATION L.L.C shall establish, implement and maintain a QHSE policy that is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and supports its strategic direction. The continual improvement for its Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental performance standards and to protect the environment and the associated health and safety of its employees, clients or customers, suppliers, and the general public. Only through the cooperative effort of all can the best possible QHSE record be achieved. Provide and maintain safe environmental and healthy working conditions for all our employees, who are the companies most valuable assets. Also, identify OH&S Hazards and opportunities and other hazards and opportunities for the OH&S management system. Consult, communicate and collaborate with employees and other stakeholders on QHSE matters, QHSE performance, and other relevant matters.
Prevent incidents, accidents, injury, and ill health to its employees and other interested parties by eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks. Provide appropriate tools, equipment, operational processes, a safe system of work covering all our activities, and support reasonably required to ensure success. To raise awareness and train employees in OHS and environmental matters relevant to their obligations. Prevent environmental impacts and provide high-quality services and products. Where there are risks to health, safety, and environment, aspects need to be assessed under specific duties or regulations. We will ensure that our assessments are carried out and that all actions shown to be necessary will be implemented.
AQUATITE WATER PROOFING & INSULATION L.L.C communicates this policy to all employees through training and daily management activities, both to ensure their understanding and to ensure that the policy is properly upheld. Our policy is made available to relevant interested parties upon request. The policy will be continually monitored and reviewed regularly, in order to comply with any changes.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
Our safety policy ensures not only the protection of our employees, but also our sub-contractor, customers, and the community as a whole in which we operate.
At Aquatite, safety is a primary concern and priority. The company is fully committed to integrating safety measures in its waterproofing treatment i.e., comprehensive risk assessment & coordinated safety action plans are in place throughout the construction process.
The company’s safety policy is implemented rigorously in every project which ensures:
1. A safe working environment that is continuously improved with new safer methods of operation.
2. Employees and sub-contractors are up to date with the safety hazards, rules, and regulations.
3. All applicable rules, regulations, and procedures are carried out with best practices and principles.
4. Pre-bid safety review of site hazards and construction techniques.
5. Everyday morning safety review and pre-planning with foremen and other crew members.
6. Employee training through workshops and seminars, which includes weekly toolbox talks.
7. To date, we have zero accident rates at all levels of activity.
